Why would you? If you are using it to charge, you wouldn't want to be draining at the same time. If you system is isolated, however, and you are charging your cranking battery, I would think you could use your audio battery(ies) at the same time. But, I do not know for sure. They are tied to a common ground. Check with the manufacturer.
