      thanks alot. i really like the 7002 but it's a little pricey so i think it's the 3300.

            i ordered the 7002. can't wait to get it. are the boats grounded pos. or neg., what part of the engine can i ground?

                can i use the stereo while it's hooked up? i didn't see anything in the manual, but i might have overlooked it.

                  Why would you? If you are using it to charge, you wouldn't want to be draining at the same time. If you system is isolated, however, and you are charging your cranking battery, I would think you could use your audio battery(ies) at the same time. But, I do not know for sure. They are tied to a common ground. Check with the manufacturer.
