    fuel or electrical problem???

I just changed the low pressure fuel pump on my 98 AN due to a "surging" type of problem last season. I just took it on the water today to test it out and it is better, but still doing it. Now it seems to be doing it every time I hit some rough water or am going full throttle for more than about 10 seconds.

    Any ideas?

    Check your fuel pressure.

How is that done? I'm assuming I would need to purchase something to gauge it?
