Has anyone installed a fresh air exhaust on a Nautique equipped with the Hydrogate? If so, can you tell me if the FAE impacts the performance of the gate? I have a 2008 Crossover 236 I'm thinking about putting it on for clean air surfing :grin:

FAE with Hydrogate
The gate is there to add some lift to the stern of the boat - I dont see any indication that the FAE would impede the ability of the gate to function as designed.Attached Files2006 SANTE 210 (Pending Sale)

I have it on my 211 and have noticed no difference with the Hydrogate. At skiing speeds there is a little rooster tail, but for surfing it's the best thing you can have on your boat - besides of course a good driver, then there's always the women in bikinis - let's say it's one of the top three things you need.Comment
