when you hold the button down do you see the light blinking? Make sure the breaker isn't popped out. If the light is blinking you may just need to check the plug on the wiring by the pump.

Check to make sure the pumps have had the updated impellers installed.. Got my 06 afew years back with 5 hours and the center tank wouldn't work. Impellers were sticking. Never had a problem since.

I just checked it the lights works pushed the breaker again wasn't popped but it just made the smallest hiccup noise but no real motor sound. don't know about the impeller did it cause your motor to make no noise?

Sounds like that's your problem. Check with your local dealer and have them run the VIN to see if the updates been done. Even if it isn't your problem, you should get them changed out anyways.

You can open the pumps up. IIRC black needs replacing, yellow = replaced. The old impellers would come apart in the housing. Easy fix.

I have an 06 and you are most likely dealing with, as previously posted, the impellers. Typically when you reset the breaker they would work again for a period of time. Ensure you do not have the pump "on" when you reset the breaker, after reset then try again. I would imagine it will run for you, just a pain to reset them, until you can get it to a dealer for the service.

They have even newer ones now that are green. The yellows are failing too. The yellows are softer to keep from shredding too easily, but the centers are spinning loose after sitting up for winter. You dealer will have the new green ones. Mine does.

Is Jabsco warranteeing (is that a word) the yellows and replacing them now? I know they were from black to yellow.

I am pretty sure the dealer will if you have a new boat with warranty, but not purchasers of pumps by themselves.

thanks for all the replies. Tried the breaker when off still nothing. Gonna take it in for warranty but is there a way to empty it so I don't have to haul it with it full?

remove the sending unit and stick a hose down in the hole and syphon it out. Had to do that before on my last boat.
