I added a distribution block, added a Blue Seas battery switch and intelligent relay (for isolating and combining my two batteries), I swapped out the old Interstate liquid batteries with Optima gel duals, moved the batteries to under the observer seat (instead of in the rear hatch), and had to do a bunch of re-cabling. I used mostly custom cut 0/1 AWG from geniunedealz.com. I may eventually want/need to upgrade the alternator to the 100 amp model.

I also swapped out the tower speakers for Kicker KMT6's and the in-cabin speakers as well. I will soon be hooking up my new WS-420 equilazer as well.

I've done more than that, but no need to bore anyone.

Awesome news on the gelcoat. Mine needs a little buffing too.

He, would love to see some pics of the 5000$ Nautique as it goes through this 'rejuvination' process. Looks like a great find.
