    Paddle Wheel thru hull diameter?

I am picking my boat up from storage on Saturday and want to start my ballast project ASAP. I am going to install 3 Jabsco pumps each on its own thru hull. I am a little worried about the space to mount 3 thru hulls when it comes to plumbing my new system. One idea I had was to upgrade to Stargazer and use the paddle wheel hole for a ballast thru hull. the thru hulls I have are for the 2009 CC boats. Look to be 3/4" diameter.

Anyone know the diameter of the paddle wheel thru-hull?

Have you considered running the pickups out the transom? I like that mine are back there. It also makes winterizing easier. Just an idea.

I have but I would like to fill while on plane. Sure is a lot more room back there (on the transom).

The Jabscos fill so fast it doesn't make a whole lot of difference. And, you can drain on plane, so it offsets. Where are you in MN? You could come look at my system if you wanted. I also had my neighbor, who is a welder, make me a really nice mounting block for my pumps and valves. Bolts rght to the stringer, and allows easy access if you ever needed to change impellers, etc.

I am in Woodbury (St Paul). Isn't Silver Creek on the North Shore? How fast do they fill up? Have any pictures of your install? Not sure what speed I am looking for but I was sick of filling bags on top of the stock tanks. It took a long time.

I live between Monticello and Clearwater, couple miles south off of I-94 at the Maple Lake exit (183)

Here is a thread from when I did my install.

7-8 minute fill time I think. It has been a few months since I have been out there, obviously. You can fill or drain in about the time it takes to suit up and get your board ready. Check out the pump block bracket my neighbor made. I think he charged me like $80 or something. Call me if you want to see my setup, I am more than glad to help. My mobile is 612-803-1129.

Here are the thru-hulls I used for through my transom.

and then switched the external strainers to these.
