I think it just three screws on the cover. Extremely easy. Philips screw driver.

I checked whitelake didn't find impellers for the ballast . Where are they located. whats the best way to get to the pumps when i go to work on it . 06 210

found them took the pump apart impellers are good no power I hate this why wont it just work

Check your breakers by your panel. They are prone to pop if your impellers are stuck over winter. You should be able to push them in an go now that you have freed up the impellers.

Check for a fuse. I had a fuse go last year. Popped it like 5 times, then it stopped failing.

moved the impeller around no problem with sticking. Checked the fuse over and over no popping. no noise at all

Get a long piece of speaker wire or something like that and connect it to the wires of a ballast pump that is working. then connect it to the one that is not, just to see if it is a power issue.

okay finally got it to run tapped it with a screw driver finally kicked on without the impeller in but just barely runs and keeps kicking the breaker sound nothing like the others. Just weird because it ran just fine filling it but now barely anything ?

Is this a saltwater boat? Just noticed where you are located, possible internal corrosion issue?

Fresh water only impellers look brand new only 35 hours on the boat

Boat motor running?? One of my pumps did run the same unless the motor was running.

what is the model number of he pump
if these fill and dump he ballast, run the yellow impellers
they had problems with them running both ways
