need help-heater connections in 03 SANTE 210 -water & wi

:???: have seen ag4ever's work on intalling a heater into a 2002 210. Have followed his work and installed the Heatercraft two outlet unit behind the kick panel, and have strung the heater hoses to the rear engine compartment. Vents are installed, one in the kick panel, the other up along under the gunnel and out through a small new panel behind the driver's seat at a support post for the gunnel panel.

Snowed for the last time last night so it seems I have a couple of days to get ready for the next steps of the install and realize I need additional help on best detailed points to make water connections into 2003 PCM Excaliber, raw water cooling system. Anyone with pics that may assist would be appreciated.

Also, I found it once but lost the links. Any hints on finding the correct wires for the keyless ignition system heater control buttons. What colours are they? They're bundled up tighter than a ....!

Been looking on this site all night. Lots of great pics of other things, but could not find what I needed, so I'll ask. (from Canada, eh)

RE: need help-heater connections in 03 SANTE 210 -water &amp

The wires are pretty easy to find once you know what to look for. Behind the kick panel there must be somewhere a bundle of wires with the same colors as your Heatercraft. If I may remember correctly the correct connector is attached to just plug in your Heatercraft connector. This cannot go wrong. You will have the 3 speed option available from your dash buttons then.

The intake for your Heatercraft water source can be the temperature sensor on top of your engine (at the back for a V-drive). Just T-off this source.
The best place for your retour is just before your RAW-water pump. You'll need a Y-adapter (do a searce here, or at www.skidim.com) for this. With this setup you'll get the best performance for your heater. Even warm/hot at idle speeds.

    Good luck.
