    Speaker Covers

Has anyone used the Screamin Sacs tower speaker covers? If so, how do you like them? Any other recommendations out there?

    Thanks!

      RE: Sox

A friend of ours has Screamin Sacs and they faded out in the first season. I just ordered from SpeakerSox.com...they look awesome and the customer service so far is great...quick responses to a couple questions I asked and very friendly.

          RE: Re: Sox

Good info guys. Looking at the material on screamin, I wondered how they would hold up. I do like the looks of the speakersox better too. Just put my order in for a pair, also for my mirror, should look good and help keep the bugs off while trailering! Thanks for the input!

I have to say that I am very happy with my ScreaminSacs covers, this is going on my 2nd season and they look great! I have used the Speakersocks in the past but they faded within a matter of months on us and the fabric got really rough and hard feeling. Theses covers from screamingsacs is a nice smooth material, I like the way it is so easy to rinse off, they even made a custom surf rack cover so everything matches now on the boat

I have the Screamin Sacs for my Pro 60s and I am happy with them. My boat isn't stored outside and I use them to keep off the morning dew and while trailering and they do a good job of protecting my speakers.

The Speaker Sox definitely seem nicer, but for what I need them for and the price the Screamin Sacs fit the bill.

Have my speaker sox, put the cover on my mirror, looks and fits great, waiting to get my cans back from paint and will try the covers on them. The Nautique logo looks really good on them too.

I have the red screamin' sacs and like nautique_dreamer said (btw...now that you have your new boat that name should change...I thought it did already) they faded after only one season. We do store the boat outside in the summer and inside in the winter, but the damage was done in just one summer of outdoor storage...pretty good quality otherwise so if you store indoors I can recommend, but otherwise spend the extra $$.

From what I saw on their websites, both companies were the same price
