    Rear towing post

Can anyone explain how to get at the rear towing post of a 1995 Ski Nautique? My post is loose and I can't figure out how to get at the nut to tighten it. I have tried taking off the blower exhaust plate but there is fiberglass between the post nut and the exhaust hose.

    Thanks,

The easiest way to get at that nut is to pull your gas tank.

LOL...the hard way would be to remove the rub rail and lift the liner off the hull bottom. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

Simply remove the backseat and then the two carpeted panels. Now you can access the nut at the underside of the deck. No need to remove the tank.
