I changed skins on the driverseat and passengerseat on my -94 SN last winter. Ordered them from my local dealer. Complete kit cost me $1000 including shipping to Sweden and 25% salestax. Not cheap, but the best option if you want your boat to look like new again. Perfect colourmatch and details like the embroidery. I used a airdriven staplelgun and stainless steel staples. The curved piece of the passenger backrest was the trickiest piece to do. The rest was quite simple.

My boat is a little older but i just went through the whole new skins dilemma. Mid West has the skins for most boats and you can identify the skin you need by your VIN number. It does assure a perfect match but it is kind of pricey (but not bad). My 85 2001 was to old so they didn't have the original material for an exact match. I really only needed the bottom seat pads but, didn't want it to look like a patch job so I agaonized over whether to redo all or just part with a local vinyl guy. I ended up just having the bottom seat cushions done locally and I am really happy with how they turned out. Most people can't tell. I will say this. I ask for samples from MW and they weren't very close to my colors. That is when they told me they didn't have the exact color for my boat. I would make sure and get samples first.

Just out of curiosity I called my dealer and asked them for a quote from CC on new skins for a 2001 SAN. I have some seat bottoms that are trearing at the seems and wanted to check it out.

$1400 for all new seat bottoms.

        $3400 for full interior.

          Thanks.

Search this site for nautiqueskins.com - all the comments I have read were very positive. I would be interested to know the cost for all the skins for the boat- I only did a seat - but it was a perfect match to the original.
