    Electrical is Dead -2000 SAN

My 2000 SAN had some issues this weekend and I was wondering if anyone here can help me get my electrical system working again. My impellor is going bad and the engine overheated this weekend enough for the red dash light to some on. I turned off the engine and let it cool down. During this process I had drifted towards some rocks so I decided to turn the engine on to troll away from the danger. At this point my electrical just completed stopped working. I tried pushing the 60 amp circuit breaker on the engine itself but it will not budge. I then checked all fuses including the ones under the dash and the two fuses coming offf the battery. Nothing seems to fix the issue and I ended up gettting towed in for the day. Now when I input my code on the dash it seems to make a single beep and everything stays dead. My battery is fine since my ballast pumps seem to work fine and they are not part of the overall electrical system. Does anyone have any thoughts since this seems like a simple fix and along with a new impellor and I should be good.

I checked the lanyard right away and that is not the issue. The 60 amp Circuit breaker does not appear to move in or out so when I push it in it is rock solid. Not sure if there is a short somewhere that is not allowing it to reset. Any other ideas that someone can through out there. I see on the wiring diagrams there is supposed to be a 50 amp fuse coming off of the battery but all I can see are two fuses that I replaced with good ones. It gets tough to follow the main powerline under the engine due to the complexity of the overall electrical system.

In the 2000 electrical system the keyless dash system gets power from the battery through a 20 amp fuse, Check the fuse to see if it is blown. Replace it if it blows when you try to start the motor check the battery cable ends are not loosing a contection inside them selves.
