Help Nautique under water won't start

Hi I have a customer who put her boat in with no plug it got very we but we pulled it out the water was mid way up the engine but no sign of water in anything. The key pad won't accept any code and the light won't come on to say you are pushing a number. i have little experience with these boats but years on out board and inboards. Is there a inline fuse ? or how can I check that there is power to the Key pad. The boat is a 2007 super Nautique

    Thanks for any help

First check your battery make sure it is good. also it should have a breaker mounted in the rear storage area on the battery switch panel. Also check to see if the all on switch is on in the side panel near the throttle control.
