So here is the scoop the boat just about drowned but was saved water got up to the exhaust manifold. I have checked oil and now water in it. I have started and idles really good and powers up out of dead start very good but... when I break plane the motor drops RPM and does not want to go. It almost seems as though the computer is throttling it back?>? and Ideas? Could water have gotten into the tank ? Were is the Vent ?
