    boat will still not start

    engine will crank
fuel pressure is at 41psi, pumps do activate when key is turned
    emergency killswitch has been bypassed
has been spark tested - spark is good
new starter/fuel relays have been installed
checked computer test ground and it is grounded well
FCC was full of clean gas when I pulled it off the other night to check for water

why will it still not start and what is left to check out before i take it in to a mechanic and it's gone for the summer?

what year? What Engine? Is it turning over? Where did you check for a spark? If at the plugs, how many plugs did you check? Does it try to fire at all?

If you have a spark and fuel pressure is good then the ECU must not be calling for fuel to the injectors. Sounds like problems with the ECU. You probally need to pull the ECU codes.

      Stay clear of moving things.
If you put a fingertip on the fuel injectors, you should feel them vibrate as they are switched on and off. The engine will need to be cranked for this .
Compression, Ignition, Fuel. Give an engine all three and it will run. Millions of engines prove that every day.
