    Fuel Pump?

I have a 94 Sport Nautique with the PCM 5.8L Ford. Went to start it up this spring and no go... Fuel is not getting to the carb. I thought that I had it narrowed to the fuel pump.... However, I pulled the pump off and when it is in my hand I can move the mechanism by hand and it seems to be push / pulling just fine. I tried running the pump while on the engine without fuel hooked up and it does not seem to be moving much air. I think that the problem is behind the fuel pump (internal engine) but want to double check my theory before I open up a can that I don't need to. Does anyone have any other suggestions to check before I dive into this one.....

    RE: Fuel Pump?

Have you checked the fuel circuits that are wired to the pump. Sometimes those go out and screw up the fule system. They are a cheap replacement so you might want to check them out. I have a /GT40 so I am not sure if you have them or not but you might want to check them out first.

I was talking about the fuel pump relays so you might want to replace those and you can do that at NAPA if you bring your old one down there.
