Ok....so here is a picture of the vinyl in the boat. I just put a coat of 57 on it and I'm leaving the cover off to see how it looks tomorrow. As you can see in the picture (hopefully) the upper part of the seat is a dingy yellow and the lower is white.

Also, I know some people use 303 and other use 57, is 303 better?

        I use both 57 and 303. I clean with 57, then condition/protect with 303.

303 is not a cleaner, it is a protective barrier.

How does the 57 compare to the 3M version?

A buddy of mine who owns a detail shop hooked me up with a case of MOC Foaming Fabric & Vinyl Marine cleaner. It is incredible. I followed with MOC Vinyl Protectant and my interior is gleaming. Unfortunately, I think this is only available wholesale. I haven't been able to find a retail outlet that carries this stuff.

I've always felt that 57 does a better job of cleaning than 3M. I'm psycho about my cleaning regiment whenever I take the boat out and I've always gone back and forth between 57 and 3M. I just seem to have better results with 57. I'm sure the argument will go both ways though.

They do actually make a cleaner.

But I understand that, tyically, people are referring to the blue bottle aerospace protectant when they reference 303.

I have the same yellow stain in my bow - didn't know where it came from and tried everything with no success. This seems a little strange. 210 SAN 2004

I don't know if Tuff Stuff is good for vinyl, but it really works. If I have a stain that I can't get out using Meguiar's Cleaner, I use Tuff Stuff and follow up with 303 Protectant. Both products are amazing.
