Starboard ballast gauge stuck on full

Anyone know how if there is a tank sending unit for the gauge? It has been stuck since a friend didn't open the vavle and partially collapsed the tank.

My port side tank has been sticking on full recently. There is a sending unit in mine that uses I believe a rubber float. I removed it and noticed that it has gotten a bit grungy & grimy over the years, which may be causing it to stick in the full position. I haven't had time to clean it yet but I figure that a good cleaning will solve the problem.

It may depend on the year and model boat, but my sending unit was easy to remove.
