the anti syphon valve is at the elbow where the pick up tube goes into the tank. on my 97 ski it is the hose closest to the bow and in the center when looking at the tank. checked mine this weekend.

found the problem. It was the low pressure pump. I took it to the lake and ran it until it died. just like before. cut it off and let it sit, then when I took off, it died. I pulled the line going to the fcc from the low pressure pump and it was not pumping anything, but was running. I replaced the pump and took it to the lake and it ran perfectly. I will see if I can get the part number to the relays in the next couple of days. They are on discount inboard marines website also skidim.com they only show there part numbers on there though. Thanks everybody for all your help

I've come to the same conclusion (LP pump) on my Nautique. Pump running, and fuel available in the input line, but the pump just wasn't moving it. The "why" still nags at me, though. Why would this only be a problem on warm starts? Apparently heat has something to do with it, but then why would it run all day if I didn't turn it off? Any ideas? I'm not quite confident it's fixed 'cause it doesn't seem logical.

My '99 is doing the same. Starts and run likes a champ. Shut it off and it won't start. When it finally starts, it runs like nothing is wrong.
I bypassed the kill switch, thinking it was a bad connection, not the answer.
