SE Guages

I have an 07 196 SE Today when I had it out all the smaller guages fogged up really badly. Temp was around 57 the whole time we were out (winter in Australia) used the boat for around an hour yet the guages did not clear at all. Is this normal in cooler temperatures? and if not what should I do about it.. The boat has only 10 hours on it from new
