I have a 2001 Air Nautique. While traveling to the lake I am noticing that fuel has came out of the fuel vent hole, Is there any way to keep fuel from spilling out while going down the highway?
No, gas will not damage the gelcoat, but can discolor it. Do not "top off" the tank and you issue should lessen or go away. Jut wipe off any gas spill from the gelcoat and re-wax when you have the opportunity and you should be ok.
