Fuel Pump Question on a 90 Ski Nautique...

Is the fuel pump on the 351 Ford PCM different than what I could find at the local auto parts store for a 351 Ford?

Yes!
Automotive fuel pumps cannot be used on a boat. If the diaphragm ruptures, it will dump fuel into your bilge, waiting for any spark to explode, and burn.

I asked because the boat store is closed tomorrow, but of course the local auto parts store is open.

Oh well, I guess we will try to use the boat next weekend.
