Bolts on Tower Base

I tried a search and could not find any information.

We have a 2008 SAN 220 with the FCT. This weekend I found several of the allen bolts on the rear base of the tower were extremely loose. They were the allen bolts that appear to hold the rear base of the tower to the deck. They were so loose I thought the tower would have moved, but it didn't.

Do those bolts just hold the base cover or do they actually anchor the tower to the hull?

Anyone else had this problem?

Should be one bog nut on the under side of the tower holding it to your boat. Mince was loose 2006 SANTE I think it was over 1" if I remember right?
