    Battery | Current drain

Seems my 94 196 is drawing about a 1/4 of an amp even with the keys out and the ignition off.

Seems a small amount but take into account thats about 6 amps a day that soon racks up.

Any ideas not had chance to have a look as yet ? Only think out the norm is ive just fitted a Ski Dim retro dizzy pack to replace the Protec coil packs.

    RE: Battery | Current drain

The two boats I've had seem to draw current with the ignition breaker off. I put in a Blue Sea battery switch and just flip it off. I think a majority of people have done the same thing.

Found it...the alternator diode pack must have failed.Disconnect it and the draw stops.

      Another one for the book.
