    2005 SAN prop question

    Hi all,
Have a mate with a 2005 SANTE. It has an 856 prop on and a ZR6 engine.
It does not seem to get out of the hole very quickly at all when compared to mine ( 2000 SAN - GT-40 )
We are in UK and he is running on LPG, wheras I run on petrol. But his definately seems to rev a lot higher than mine and does not seem to have the power out of the hole. Both boats atre not weighted heavily, stock ballast and maybe 3 people.
I do not know what prop I have on mine as it does not have any visible markings, but it does look a deeper cut, slightly bigger.
He is considering a different prop, but from what I see, the 856 is supposed to perform well.
Any advice from anyone? Is the GT-40 generally considered better out of the hole?

    Cheers

    RE: 2005 SAN prop question

856 is one of the best out of the hole props. It must have something to do with the LPG. Have him call ACME directly. They are very helpful.
