Wiring harness for 2000 Nautique Super Sport

I purchased 2000 Super Sport at the beginning of the summer and am beginning my ballast install. On the dash there is a fill and empty switch for ballast tanks, and there are circuits in the board under the dash for the switches, however I am not sure if the wires actually exist. I know in my grandfather's boat (a very different 37 ft Wellcraft) the wires were there for options that the boat did not have from the factory but were installed by the dealer for ease of installation on the dealer's behalf. Is my Nautique set up the same way? If so, where could I find the wires without having to trace them from the board all the way through the harness? Thanks

TOMSCHIMIZZI the factory did pre-wire the boat for the pumps, but they only had two pumps in the system. They are more than likely run to the port side of the engine compartment with white plugs on the end. the forward most plug is for fill and the back one is for empty of the tanks. The system has a 10 amp breaker in the box for the pumps.

I just got a "Harness Wiring Digram" and Pod Wiring Digram" by calling the correctcraft hot line 1-800-346-2092.... John answered the phone and emailed them to me w/in 10min.....
From those schematics for an 01 it shows the an orange/red wire and gray wire to a 2 pin connector and an ornage/yellow wire and gray wire to the other 2 pin connector for the LCS pump... its does not id fill vs empty on the schematic.... volt meter/trouble lite will confirm that for you... could be different on the y2k..?

Thanks for all the great info and the wiring diagram. I'm going to call Correct Craft and find out the differences (if any) between the 00's and the 01's. Now if I can only get the gauges switched out to analog, the digital gauges suck, but that will be a 2005 project! I'll keep you guys posted on how it works out.
