just got call my boat was half under water and about to sink

I had marina come fix my boat last week...wouldnt start...turns out ignition fuse was blown or something like that...but anyways..went out on boat yesterday...everythign seemed fine..i did notice that the boat was bilging out alot of water..but didnt really think to much of it...i tied but everything fine and just got a call that water is in it up to my neighbors knees. COuld the marina have messed with a drain plug or something along those lines...this has never happened before and i certainly didnt hit anything...i drove the boat maybe 2 miles the whole afternoon and was simply using the boat to lounge. Does the marina have any liability to me.. they come out and the week they are there the boat sinks??? anyone have suggestions as to what the problem could be? or if marina is liable.

    thanks mike

I would say step one is remove the water, step two is find the problem, and then determine fault. Liability can't be determined until you find out why it's taking on water.

Don't have the same marine drain the water and look for the leak!
