In order to remove the impeller on a PCM EX343 (2009) do you have to loosen the belt tensioner, and remove the housing to the raw water pump housing?

I was going to post a photo how to of this but I'm missing one picture because IT STARTED POURING DOWN RAIN plus my camera battery died. Note it hadn't rained for at least two months prior...then decides to pour on my 10 minute impeller project. Would have been 5 without the camera.

I thought it would be easier to put it back on without having to line up the water pump bolts with the pulley holes. Either way works.Promo Team member

I love taking things apart. But on this one, I'll stick to the grease monkey philosphy, "Don't take no **** off you don't have to." Especially if you are doing it on the water.
