    Throttle adjustment

    After I installed PP this spring my throttle has been out of adjustment, regarding transmission engagement. I have to move the lever quite a long way until it goes into gear, forward and reverse. Its almost to the point where the RPM's increase about the same time it goes into gear. I also tried to put the ball joint on the lower hole of the engagement lever on the transmission, this worked well except it stiffened up the throttle lever a lot. Are there any other adjustments I can make? Is there an adjustment on the throttle lever that fine tunes the transmission engagement? Any help is appreciated.

    You can adjust this right where the servo cable hooks up to the throttle cable. Sometimes, they aren't set up right when you initailly do it. Just move the nut a couple of threads and see where that gets you.

      Will that make a difference with the transmission engagement? The main problem is that I have to move the throttle lever too far, (forward and reverse), before it goes into gear.
