GT40 with aftermarket dipstick!

Gents,
My GT40 has an aftermarket chrome dipstick because the original one got broken and replaced. I would like to be sure that the high and low oil indicator marks are correct. Could anyone with a GT40 post the measurement from inside the cup below the dipstick handle to each marking on the dipstick. Much appreciated. Regards, Greg

my 2000 SN with a GT 40 is 25" to the full mark and 25 5/8" to the add line The seal on the dipstick is 1/2 " and has been added to the measurement.

Thanks Rick, I will check mine. Does your 1/2" seal on dipstick go inside the dipstick tube? or outside like a cup over the end of the tube?? Thanks again. Greg
