Wire Question 2006 Excaliber 330

I was winterizing my 2006 SV211 and noticed a wire that was not connected. It is on the starboard side of the engine. I attached a picture showing the disconnected wire. Anybody know what it is for and if it should be connected?

That might be a ground for when the engine is hooked up for diagnostics. Probably supposed to left unconnected.
