The lift cylinder motor works when you hook directly to battery. It is not the switch and nor the relays. It will just make a clicking noise when you move the switch. Please help.

It is fairly common for devices like this to use two relays to operate the actual lift, because the relays switch the polarity of the drive motor that operated the lift.
It is probably the relays you hear clicking and not the actual lift motor.
Both relays have to be in good working order in order for this system to work. The motor in the lift is normally grounded at both connections through the relays. When you push the up button, the "up" relay then switches it's formerly grounded wire to the battery positive side, and the lift motor grounds through the "down" relay. When you push the down button, the reverse happens.
Long story short, if the switch on the dash does not make the lift operate, it could be that the down relay is bad. So you could still hear the click, and have the lift not work. The up relay could also be have bad contacts.

Daniel is right and the relays are located near the dipstick for the tranny. Good thing is, relays are pretty cheap to do some trial and error diagnosing.2001 Super Air Nautique

My old one from my BFN got wound up too tight and jammed. I disassembled it and fixed it at one point.
Assuming you have checked voltage at the motor at this point, and it is fine.
CC wants like $1200 for a new one if I recall.
I would measure, or get measurements, and get a new one from these guys.

Have you checked that you are getting power to the relays, switch, from relay in the on position? You are going to have to find where the break is in power. If it works with direct current from battery then its a wiring issue.2001 Super Air Nautique
