    DETAILING COST?

Spent weekend "detailing" my 2003 SANTE. Would rather pay someone next time.
What's the typical cost for this?

It really depends on the location, but in our area you can expect to pay $10-15 per foot.

I live in Longwood very close to Louetta/Grant.
Use to ski at Cypress lakes before I realiozed I'd never be any good at the course.
Now we just putter around on wakeboards, and surf a little.

I detail boats on the side. I charge $240 for boats 20 feet or less. 2 coats of wax top to bottom(I climb underneath trailers and get the hull too), clean and treat the windshield, and glass with Rain-X, Vacuum carpet, clean and treat upholstery with vinyl protectant. DON'T EVER LET ANYONE PUT ARMOR-ALL ON YOUR UPHOLSTERY! Chemical wash, and teak cleaning are add-ons..

Try the Finer Details in Houston. They were going to charge $210 for my SSN. I will probably use them at the beginning of the season.

I am paying my daughter $200. $100 in the fall to clean it up, and $100 in the Spring to touch it up, super detail, and wax. Works for both of us.

if the boat sites in the water for extended peroids of times, (weeks) then waxing below the water line can cause a yellowing effect on the haul FYI.
