what color carpet?

Not sure what happened to the Corinthian carpet group buy thread?

Anyway I am going to pull the trigger on the 211 snap in replacement carpet and need some opinions on colors/patterns.

I am thinking I will just go with the soft grey premium cut pile. Anybody else have any other suggestions? The one in their 211 carpet for sale thread looked pretty sharp.

I just received the the multi-color gray. It looks great. I am in the Bay Area if you want to see what it looks like.

I just received some samples from Corinthian. The F1632 Gunmetal gray is a perfect color match for my '03 210 but not quite as thick as the original (16oz vs. 28oz in the original). Not sure if this is the same carpet in your 211. The F2486 Ash is a bit darker but pretty much the same thickness at 24oz.

Those guys are super cool to work with and will get you samples really quick. They have a ton of options in 24oz, 30oz, and even 40oz. I just found the 16oz to be the best color match. I'm going to place an order as soon as I figure out exactly what I'm going to do this winter. I'm debating mats vs. full replacement.

The pattern kit is on the way. He is also sending more samples. Thinking of doing something a little different. Maybe Admiral Blue with Black edges? Or dark charcoal with black edges. On the other hand I could go with Soft Grey and matching edging if I want to keep it plain Jane.

I'm diggin' the interior colors--That definitelty leaves you with a lot of options. Obviously, the grey factory carpet color looks good, but you could probably spruce it up with some some dark blues or charcoal--Hopefully that wouldn't make it too dark though. The grey does kinda match the dash too...I guess it all comes down to personal preference now!
