I'm trying to replace the dash switches/push buttons for all the accessories but can't find a switch that will work because the mounting holes are 5/16" - 3/8" by 1/2" long and they have built in fuses :x . Has anyone replaced these switches if so what did you use and if you changed the panel completely what did you use for the panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

RE: HELP! 99 SAN dash panel switches
You need to just replace them with a factory piece. The factory parts are switch and fuse as mentioned and it would be a lot of work to try and do something aftermarket. Click the link above to Whitelake Marine and order them from there. You will get a discount as a member of Planet Nautique.2001 Super Air Nautique

RE: HELP! 99 SAN dash panel switches
If you are just replacing them because they are getting stiff to operate, squirt a little WD-40 on the shaft of the button, and work the switch a few times and see if it loosens up.
If you leave the one labeled "IGN" off until the last one you lubricate, you will not be turning on and off the accessory controlled by that switch.

Nah, I'm replacing because when you push one on then when you try to turn it off you have to push the button below the surface to turn it off and it's a pain.

They are different capacity breakers depending on what they are operating. Amp loads vary for ignition, lights, and accessories.the WakeSlayer

That is why I suggested you try a little lubrication on them. But if you would rather go to the time, expense, and trouble to replace them all, go ahead.
Next time you need to change the oil in the engine, just pull it out and get a new engine, with fresh oil.

They do work, are not hard to push nor do they stick, but when you try to push them in to cut off that circuit, the button has to be pressed in past the surface so you have to get something very small to push the end of the button in. Turning them on isn't a problem either because they barely have to be pressed. Thanks

Yeah they do that when they get worn out. New ones do not have to be pushed that far in. I had to replace my ignition one for that exact reason.2001 Super Air Nautique

They are still made and should be no problem to find. Here are the current model numbers from E.T.A.
