Lift Ring Covers - Transom Cups

I lost my transom cups that cover the lift rings under the rear platform. While getting boards on sitting at the back of the boat, in wavey water water blows up through the handles on the platform that are noramally covered with these transom cups. Sure you get wet eventually, but sometimes the water blows like a whale and gets me while I am trying to take a napski on the back - not fun.

I ordered some but they don't fit. The hole configuration seems way off. I have a 2002 SAN. Any suggestions on where i can get these other than White Lake? Or suggestions on making a home fix? I can drill new holes into the boat, but would hate to do that in hopes of finding the custom ones with the same hole configuration.
