tachometer backlight not working

Hello-
'99 Air- All dash lights and gauges are working fine with the exception of the tachometer/digital hour meter. Is this supposed to be lit as well? If so, could this be a bulb and is it replaceable?

The tach does have a bulb The easiest way to get to it is to remove the steering wheel Undo the dash fasteners and GENTLY pull it our far enough to see the Tach. The bulb is a plug in available at any auto parts store.
