Wiring in a 98' Air Nautique

I was wondering if the wiring in the 98' Air is close to the same as the 01' Air? I'm talking about the dash, harnes and the main. I know it's not exactly the same but just in general.

I do not believe so. I think everything changed in 2000 with the introduction of the keyless start and digital gauges. Keyless start has a benefit (e.g., forgetting to bring the boat key is not a disaster), but the digital gauges... well let's just say there is a reason why people have ripped them out and put analog gauges back in.

yes the digital guages do suck, both mine are out... but the good news is I got Perfect Pass Stargazer edition to "replace" them for XMAS
