Replace Velcro Under Seats?

I have a 2004 SANTE 210 and the velcro under the rear three seats doesn't hold them down. Should I just replace the velcro, or is there another method to secure them. I get tired of removing them when I'm pulling the boat.

I have the same issue with my newly acquired 05 210. I'm not too sure replacing the 1 square inch of Velcro would give me my desired effect (towable without removing cushions, and less movement when sat or stood on). I'm sure somebody out there in PNland has a workaround???
