Paddle wheel replacement

My paddle wheel is broken and needs a replacement which I have with my Faria upgrade kit. I plan to do this tomorrow but then it occurred to me that the through hull hole maybe a different size. Does anyone know if this is a standard size fitting. Not at the boat now to take a measurement. Cheers Greg

Should be standard size

The paddle wheel sent in my Faria kit was the same as the one I had for the perfect pass. Since I already had perfect pass I just needed the Y harness that allowed me to split the paddle wheel between the Faria and the PP. If your is broken its real easy to pull the old one out and either put the new one in or repair it with pieces from the new one. another choice would be to call PP get the parts to repair the wheel and get the Y harness.

Thanks Rick, This morning I already removed the old paddle wheel that was with the PP installation, the hole is 1 3/4" and I will have to enlarge it to 2". I already cut the wires to the old one to pull the new cable through. All is working now, just need to enlarge the hole and install the new paddle wheel. I plan to jam a piece of ply on the floor to get a the centre hole started for the hole saw. Cheers Greg
