    Impeller change and now leaking??

I changed the impeller and now the housing leaks like its not sealing..

I replaced all 4 O rings the large one in the housing and the 3 that go on the inside of the screws..

I did find it odd that the bolts had o rings for each on in the housing and cant figure out what they do exactly?? They cant be sealing anything perhaps just to help hold the bolt for you screw in?

Also does anyone know the torque settings for the Impeller housing bolts?

I'm assuming you have the pump with the serpentine drive belt.

See pic of o-rings installed. Rub grease on the big o-ring.
Squirt and lather ivory dish soap on your impeller.
      Assemble carfully.
Hex size is 10 mm. Be sure the position the cover properly then run the bolts in by hand. Snug carefully then torque.
Torque on the three bolts is 9 ft-lbs.

When I go put my impeller back in, I'll finish getting the pics and write that blasted DIY I've promised so many times.
