I have an 01 Air Nautique and i'm replaceing the factory digital gauges with analog gauges. Correct Craft no longer offers the factory digital gauges. I bought the replacement Analog gauges they offered. The kit they sent me comes with a thru hull speed wheel and the best place to put it would be near the transom. The factory ballast system is in the way of achiving that goal. So the question I have is, has anyone made this change over and where did you end up putting the thru hull? Got a few ideas, but before i go putting holes in the boat figured i'd ask! Thanks, KLott

Clarification needed. I am also in progress of the same upgrade. What is my 2001 Air Nautique equivalent too? The chart for paddlewheel location refers directly to 196, 206, 216, and 210. Not specific to a 2001 model Air Nautique.
Following are based on the owner’s manuals (w/o platform lengths):
My 2001 Air is 21’ 1.75”
2003 210 SAN or SS is 21’ 2”
2003 206 Ski is 20’7.5”
2003 216 Air is 21’ 7.5”
Now I would say mine is equivalent to the 210 SAN only being off by .25” in length but my boat not a V-drive like the 2003 210. The 210 is the only one with a different mounting location 68”x2” (I’m thinking cause of the v-drive). All the others are 106”x4” based on the chart posted here and in the DIY section.
Can someone clarify? Just want to be 110% positive before putting the drill to work. ThanksCurrent: 2001 Air Nautique GT-40

- Current 2005 SV 211, due for upgrade! GS22 or GS24 perhaps? Previous
74 green,
Use the 216 as your equivalent. It's the closest direct drive to yours, a V-drive 210 is significantly different with weight distribution and where it breaks water.

Conversion with Perfecr pass
If you have perfect pass you do not need to install another paddle wheel. There is a Y harness that allows you to piggyback off the PP wheel Save a lot of time and hand wringing.Nautiqueless in San Diego

Is the piggyback off the perfect pass still applicable if I upgraded from the wakeboard pro to the stargazer gps system? The flywheel is still in place from the pp
Planning on "downgrading" to analogs from digital during the off season. Any help would be appreciated
