how to seal horn vent from water

i'd like to protect my amps more and keep things dry. how can i seal off the horn vent on 05 210? i remember seeing a pic i think earmark did that had some sort of cup t'd with the glove box drain. should be standard by now i'd hope or a new design

When I did the stereo install on my 210, whatever is in between the hull and cover would rattle horribly. I simply put a piece of Dyanamat over the hole from the inside and seemed to seal it up just fine and you can still hear the horn of course.
