2004 sv 211 ballast system questions

I have a 2004 SV 211 Air Nautique just Bought it 1 month ago and was wondering if anybody can help me with so issues.

I had it on the lake today and had Launch System closed and the port switches closed but it kept getting water in the tanks while driving. Is there something I need to do differnt so water dosent get into the tanks?

This is my first Nautique with ballast tanks.

The problem is faulty valves. I have 3 of the TH valves that replaced the faulty flow-rite valves that I will send you cheap but you still would have to use the helm control knobs. Member Jaybird on here has 3 electronic valves that he will sell you. I put them on my 04 and love them. They bypass the control knobs and open and close automatically when you fill and drain. They are great.
