Joel, are you running a lot of ballast? If you call ACME they'll give you some suggestions. I have the 645 and it does all that I ask; Mikeski suggested the 1273 would go well with our ZR-6 but I haven't made the switch yet.Last edited by HS; 04-16-2010, 11:35 PM.2010 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition

I have had 8 different props on my 211. The 1234/35 is bad for skiing, throws water up at the skier at 28off and shorter. The 1160/61 is the prop I ran last year but I am going back to the 644/45 this summer. I also have an 856/57 that I am going to try this summer for high altitude or surfing. If you are a boarder and rarely go over 30mph the 1234/35 is probably your best choice, otherwise I would suggest the 644/45. (note: the even numbers are the old reverse rotation, the odd numbers are the new standard rotation otherwise the props are identical)

I also run the Team prop. If you want an off the wall suggestion, try to find a three blade that fits. My Gekko came with a 3 blade and ran great. I had to put an equivalent 4 blade on for a short time and it did fine, but didn't have quite the hole shot or top end of the 3 blade (I know it's supposed to be a give and take, but for some reason I lost both). I'm constantly debating putting a 3 on mine, but I am a big believer that manufacturers design things for a reason, and that deep down the 4 would be better. Maybe ACME can recommend a 3 that will do everything you want.
Speaking of that, drove the 200 a couple of weekends ago. Sweet boat. Reminded me of my Gekko a LOT, except well built. Also reminded me of the Gekko with the 4 blade. Wonder how it would work changing props...

Mikeski,
You have obviously tried a number of props but recommend the 644/645 (13.25"x16"x.105cup) as a good all-rounder. I have a 211 fitted with the ZR6, which came with the stock 816 (13.5"x17"x.150cup). It tops out at around 47mph @ 5,000rpm and seems okay for cruising and general unballasted wakeboarding. However, it is a bit slow out of the hole when loaded with people, gear and ballast and so I have been looking at alternatives.
Acme recommended the 536 (13.5"x16"x.105cup) for my boat, suggesting a loss of 3-4mph and an increase of about 300-400rpm at WOT. I therefore feel that the slightly smaller diameter of the 644/645 may be a bit low geared for my boat - is yours an Excalibur or a ZR6? What top speed and revs does the 644/645 achieve on your boat.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I make the decision...!!!
