I just bought a 2000 air nautique from an auction and it never came with a start code, i called my local dealer and they gave me the factory embedded code and i even found it written on the inside of the steering wheel center cap. however the code is not working, the dealer told me that either the keypad could be bad or it has already been replaced and they programmed a new code rather than the factory code, which would be really stupid. Since the new keypad is $900 is there any other way to bypass it?? I would really like to make sure this boat is good and all before i drop another 900 on a keypad. thanks.

yes they all came with factory imbedded codes, and dealers can get them thru your boats serial number, and they did for me, but it doesn't work, so basically my keypad is not working or it has been replaced and the idiot who replaced it didn't use the original factory imbedded code when initializing it.
Does anyone know how to bypass the keypad???Current '02 sante full '06 updated
