    reworkin factory prop.

I have an 07 236 te. It has the factory prop on it that is more for the crossover usage not hardcore wake. We do weight the boat but not 3k over stock. Prob more like 2500 total. The prop has a small ding in it and I was thinking of having it reworked by the shop to get more holeshot. I want a 1235 acme but don't think the "stump Puller" is exactly what I need. Maybe something more agressive than what I have but not quit as agressive as the 1235. Any advice? I know this subject gets a lot of attention but I haven't seen much on having props reworked.

In my experience, that small ding is probably giving you a vibration, so I'd have your prop fixed at least as a backup. I had one that had no obvious flaw but just wasn't fixed quite right and caused a vibration...That being said I'm a BIG believer in fixing props, it's just too economical not to. As for more hole shot, I'd change props. I don't know about the 236, but the 211 had 3 trim levels and three different props. I have the SE and Whitelake had a rebuilt Team prop that I bought that gave me just enough more hole shot.

I wish I could give you prop numbers, but as Jeff continuously suggests on here, call Delta and they can recommend the right prop for your wishes.
