StarGazer Perfect Pass "up" button problems.

Hi all I have been a lurker for a while and this is my first post. I recently had StarGazer installed in my 2000 Air and while it was in my driveway it appeared to function perfectly. I moved around thru the menu then shut it off. I put the boat in this weekend and it worked perfectly at the preset speed of 30kmph. I tried to increase the set speed but the "UP" button doesn't work. It beeps when I press it but it does nothing. I tried to enter the Menu section but can't because the up button doesn't respond there either.
I checked the manual and it says to make sure all the pins for the display cables are straight and have good contact. I checked and they do. I unplugged, replugged, and stared it again with no luck. I plan on calling the dealer but they are not close and I want to use it next weekend. I was hoping someone might have a suggestion....
Oh just a side note it snowed on my wife while she was riding!

Sorry if I missed something, but it was not clear from your post. Are you hitting "menu" repeatedly to highlight the speed before you use "^" to increase it. When you're in the menu section also, you use the "menu" button to cycle through selections and "^" to like an "enter" button.

Drop the guys at Perfect Pass an email. Tremendous customer service from that company.

Yah I hit the Menu button until I needed to hit the "^" button as an "enter" button and it only beeps but does nothing to advance.
Ill email the guys at perfect pass!

Good News..the guys at Perfect Pass are sending me a new gauge. They are even sending directly to my and avoiding the dealer in an attempt to get me into the water quicker.
