Bought a 2006 211 last yr from a dealer in OKC. They promised to go through the boat and blah blah blah, well they didnt. It was then i took it apon myself to dive in and go through the boat and change fluids and filters and get it cleaned up nice. I wouldnt buy a lawn mower from them. Well come to find they are no longer a dealer. So i set out to find another dealer in OK. Well, i dont know what the deal is. Is it to much to ask for to get service and some support from these guys! Horrible. I just needed my black impellers for balast tank pumps exchanged on warrantee! I guess that is just to hard for them. I work with a guy who also has a SAN and uses the same dealer. Same report, dealer stinks! So i call Correct craft directly, and talked with the warrantee guy there. Great folks there so far. Gets me all hooked up with a Dealer that jumped when i called and simply got it done! Drives me crazy to deal with such terrible service from some of these dealers. I dont know what i will do if i ever need to have the boat worked on. Is this common place out there? part of boat ownership is to have a great dealer and connection of people to offer support. The boat is almost out of warrantee anyways, but want to find a place that i can rely upon. And for this site, if it wasnt for the forum here, i'd be lost, and tryng to deal with idots! A BIG THANKS to those that make this site possible! Any info on great sites for parts and support are much appreacaited. I know there are great dealers out there but why does it seem like there are few are far between.

Part of Nautiques attraction is the great dealer network. That being said it sounds like you've got a lemon (dealer)there. I think you handled it right to go through CC. I hope the new guy reflects the dealer network and helps you out. As for parts, hit Whitelake's link above. Their new site is www.nautiqueparts.com. They will bend over backwards to get you going. It's got the mom and pop feel but have the backing of the major company. Best of both worlds. If you want personal PN contact, send whitelakerider a PM.

Thanks guys! Finally a place where i feel someone wants to help keep you on the water. Whitelakes just earned my business on parts and anyting nautique. And if i didnt live 1000 miles away, you'd have my boat business. But till then i'll keep my nose in the manual, and keep watching the forum here, and keep Whilelakes number in the cell.

Where are you located? I am very lucky to have a good dealer[ Dockside Marine Wilmington IL.] 40 miles away.
A good dealer can make a bad boat good and a bad dealer can make the best boat bad. Bad dealers usually dont last I hope you find a good one.

one more shameless plug for Whitelake: I bought a Nautique because that is what they sold (luckily). My family went in not sure what to find and had a very good experience. I was determined that when I bought my boat it would be from them.

Yes A+ for Whitelake. Also A+ for Buxton Marine in Dallas (Lewisville), closer to you. These are both excellent.06 Ski Nautique 196 SE (2010)

Whitelake
I'm from Ohio and have ordered many parts (impellars, etc.) from Whitelake on several occasions and have received sterling service from them each and every time. Ohio has been through similar experiences dealer wise, but I've heard good things about 77 marine, but have yet to visit them.
Good luck out there!Travis Fling

For parts, Whitelake has always been top notch. I wished every place I purchase from online shipped as quickly and consistently as them. There are a whole lot of online vendors who could learn a lot from them.
Much like thousands of companies and their labor forces, the economy has weeded out the weak in the boating industry. Poor companies either lost dealerships or closed down entirely in the last 24 months. But the good thing is that as that has happened, new and better companies are taking their places or are expanding. That's good for the industry and good for us as Nautique owners. Houston is a perfect example. In the 6 months that the new dealer has had the nautique brand, they have sold 5 times as many boats as the old dealer did in 2009. While it's a shame that the old dealer lost the brand, who can't help but think that a new player selling 500% more doesn't increase brand recognition and in turn resale value.Shane Hill
